5-Part Make It Happen Plan

5 Part Make It Happen PlanBoeing Fellows develop "5-Part Make It Happen Plans" including hands-on, project-based activities designed to introduce students to the NAE Grand Challenges for Engineering.  The five parts of the plan correspond to the five components of the NAE's Grand Challenge Scholars program: research, interdisciplinary, global, service, and entrepreneurial.

Public school students who participate in the program thus receive an integrated, comprehensive look at what it takes to solve engineering problems, at home and in other parts of the world. They learn how addressing these issues involve many different subjects they are already studying -- such as math, science, geography, health and history.
