She is excited to learn the Engineering’s Grand Challenges of the 21st century and pass the knowledge on to the youth in the Durham community. Her work this semester which consists of designing a green roof for a municipal building within Durham to be constructed this summer will be an invaluable experience she is looking forward to sharing with students. In addition, she has been recently accepted into the T. Howard Foundation final talent pool for this summer. Through this competitive internship program, she hopes to continue to gain relevant experience to launch her career involving both management and engineering.
